18:00 · Stalls open
Roll up to 3 times per hand, tap dice to hold the ones you want, then play your hand. Score = Points × Meow Mult. Reach the target to clear the round. There are 8 stages of 3 rounds each, and the last round is always a Boss.

Hold to shake, let go to roll, and feel every die land. Tap dice to hold them. Up to 3 rolls per hand.
Pairs, three of a kind, straights, full houses, four of a kind… five of a kind is a Purrfect. Every hand gives Points and a Meow Mult.
Each cat adds Points, adds Meow or multiplies it, left to right. The more cats from one gang, the bigger the final multiplier.
Reach the target score to clear the round, then spend Fish on new cats, collars and snacks for the next one.
iPad · iPhone Duo
On iPad, hold it upright for a bigger table, or turn it sideways for two pages: roll on the left, and see the hand's score, every cat's ability and the hand chart on the right.
iPhone Duo opens into two pages too. Stand it up half-folded to watch the score on top and roll on the bottom, press one half in to roll like a dice cup, or keep playing on the outer screen when it's closed.

1.3 · Paw Stamps
Every cat remembers the highest difficulty it has cleared with you. Difficulties 1–8 are already named after cats, and each stamp takes that cat's coat colour, so one look at the collection shows who made it all the way to Cat King.

New achievements: Ten Paw Prints and Paw Print Collector, for winning with 10 and 30 different cats.
Cats trigger left to right, so order matters a lot. Drag cats sideways at the shop to swap seats; once the round starts, everyone stays put.
Dice that didn't score aren't wasted: some cats feed on leftovers for extra Points, extra Meow, or even double Meow.
The collection remembers every cat you meet and stamps a paw print on the ones you've won with. 18 achievements wait in the Stamp Book.
20:15 · Pick a seat
New in 1.4: 15 cats that care about seats. Cats still fire left to right; you arrange seats at the Old Cat's Shop, and once the round starts, everyone stays put.
They shine in the leftmost seat, seat 3 or the rightmost seat, or care who sits next to them.

In a Boss fight, the Boss grabs one seat each hand in its own order, and that cat's effect is halved for the hand. You can see the order at the shop before the fight, and a cat in a Cardboard Box can't be grabbed.

The last round of every stage is a Boss battle. Bosses have HP and announce their next move before each hand, and the hand you play is your answer: Two Pair blocks, Three of a Kind breaks armor, Straights stun, Full House mends, Four of a Kind and up smash. You can also reroll a Boss you don't like once per run.
Every hand, the Boss telegraphs its next move. The glowing hands are your best answers.

15 events, lucky and not so lucky. You see the next one in the shop, so you can plan ahead.
On even stages the Night Market round turns into a goldfish stall: more kinds score more, but a torn net scores zero. Know when to stop.
Swats, snacks, greedy scoops, keeping the stall open and black-market deals all raise Heat. High Heat boosts Meow, but every hand risks a raid.

Hit the target but not ready to close up? Play your remaining hands: the extra score turns into fish and counts toward your leaderboard total. But if the police raid you while you press on, the extra score is seized.

Half-price cats and snacks, if nobody's looking. Wanted cats are a steal, but they make every hand more suspicious.

FAQ
Purr & Roll: Cat Dice (呼嚕骰:貓咪骰子) is a dice game for iPhone and iPad that combines Yacht-style poker hands with roguelike progression: roll five dice to build hands, collect cat buddies that multiply your score, and push through 8 stages. It is set in a Taiwanese night market.
Seats matter now: 15 new cats care which seat they're in, which die sits in front of them, or who triggers first. You arrange seats at the shop, and they're locked during a round. 4 cushions (Warm Cushion, Cardboard Box, hand cushions and Scratching Board) sit on seats, and in Boss fights the Boss grabs one seat each hand and halves that cat's effect. Each gang has its own Gang Move when it scores, and the Store adds three attack effects: Fireworks, Hearts and Lucky Coins. 1.3.1 added iPad and iPhone Duo; 1.3 added the Daily Roll's daily rules, streaks and paw stamps; 1.2 added final bosses, cat evolution and the Night Market Arena.
Yes. Cats trigger left to right, and from 1.4, 15 cats also care about seats: some want the leftmost seat, seat 3 or the rightmost seat, or care who sits next to them; some only watch the die in front of them (seat 1 faces die 1); and some care which cat fired just before them. You arrange seats by dragging cats at the shop; seats are locked during a round.
Cushions are bought at the shop and placed on a seat, and they stay with the seat, not the cat: the Warm Cushion makes the cat sitting there ×1.3, a cat in the Cardboard Box can't be grabbed by the Boss, a hand cushion makes the cat trigger 2 more times on that hand, and the Scratching Board gives the cat +1 Meow for good every 2 rounds. In a Boss fight, the Boss grabs one seat each hand in its own order and halves that cat's effect for the hand; the shop shows the order before the fight.
No. Matchmaking looks for crews a little weaker than yours, and only now and then does a Tough rival appear. Beating one pays more, and you can swap it once for free. Each saved crew retires after 20 challenges or 3 days.
It opens the first time you reach stage 3. Evolved cats aren't sold in the shop: seat the two cats from a recipe side by side to fuse them. The Evolved section of the collection has hints.
Yes. All 8 stages, Endless Mode and every Dice Cup and difficulty are free. You only see an ad if you choose to revive after running out of lives. If you'd like to support the game, the one-time Supporter Pack removes ads (with a free revive every run and 3× fast-forward scoring) and adds 600 Golden Fish, a gold nameplate frame, a music pack voucher and the “Patron” title.
The Supporter Pack includes every Remove Ads perk (no ads, a free revive every run, 3× fast-forward scoring) plus 600 Golden Fish, a gold nameplate frame, a music pack voucher and the “Patron” title. If you already bought Remove Ads, you keep all of it, and buying the pack adds 300 extra Golden Fish.
No. Golden Fish are earned after every run (and also sold in packs) and only buy cosmetics: dice skins, tablecloths, night skies, accessories and cat looks. Abilities stay exactly the same. Golden Fish are kept safe offline and synced with iCloud Keychain.
There's one board a month: Legendary 4%, Rare 20%, Common 76%, and which spot you pick doesn't change the odds. After 30 pokes in a row without a Legendary, the next one is guaranteed to be Legendary, and duplicates refund some Golden Fish. If you'd rather not poke, the weekly shop sells looks directly.
Score = Points × Meow Mult. Points are the hand's base points plus the faces of the scoring dice; Mult comes from the hand type. Cats trigger left to right, adding Points, adding Mult or multiplying Mult, and finally your biggest gang multiplies the result.
Bosses have HP, and each hand's score is damage. Before every hand the Boss announces a move, and your hand type is your answer: Two Pair blocks attacks, Three of a Kind breaks shields, Straights stun, Full House gets a life back, and Four of a Kind or Purrfect smash. In a dice duel, beat the Boss's hand for extra damage.
From lowest to highest: High Die, Pair, Two Pair, Three of a Kind, Small Straight (four in a row), Full House, Large Straight (five in a row), Four of a Kind, and Purrfect (five of a kind): 9 hands in all. Catnip levels hands up.
Every day, all players worldwide play the same run under the same rules of the day (a dice cup, a perk and a catch), with the same dice, stalls, shop, night market events and bosses. You get one official attempt per day, posted to today's leaderboard, and you can practice it again afterwards (not uploaded). Final ranks come out the next day once the board closes, and the top 10% get 15 Golden Fish.
A Day Off is used automatically, so your streak holds (it just doesn't grow that day). You start with 2 Day Offs and can hold up to 2; every 7 days in a row gives one back, and they're never sold. Missed a day with no Day Off left? Come back 3 days in a row and the streak is restored. Miss two days or more and it starts over.
No. Just pick a nickname if you want to join the leaderboard, and you can delete your online data in Settings at any time.
